Delivery Information

Prices, Delivery Charges and Payment

The price of a product shall be as stated on this Website at the time you place your order except in the case of obvious error. We try and ensure that all prices on our Website are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we despatch the item to you. In those circumstances, we will inform you of the correct price to you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel no payment will be taken from your card.

Prices shown are inclusive of UK Value Added Tax. Prices do include delivery charges or other taxes which may be applied in your jurisdiction. Our delivery charges are as follows:

UK Standard delivery:

Free - delivery should normally take 3-5 working days

UK 1st Class Delivery:

£1.50 - delivery should normally take 2-4 working days

UK Special Delivery:

from £7.84 (price calculated by weight). Next-day delivery for orders placed before midday. Orders placed by midday Monday to Thursday will be delivered before 13:00 the next day. Orders received before midday on a Friday may be received on the Saturday but Royal Mail do not guarantee next day delivery on a Friday. They do guarantee that it will be delivered on the following Monday by 1pm.

UK Recorded Delivery:

£3 per order – delivery should normally take 2-4 working days (signature required)

Europe:

Free – delivery should normally take 5-10 working days

Rest of the World:

Free - Delivery should normally take 7-15 working days – however we ask that you allow up to 20 working days as on occasion delays can occur. Royal Mail will not deem a parcel to be lost until it has been in the postal system for a period of 14 days (UK) and 20 working days for International orders. Although it is highly unlikely deliveries will take this amount of time we are unable to despatch a replacement or issue a refund until this period of time has elapsed. If you have ordered a large item, please check that your local post office is not holding it for collection.

We accept payment by debit or credit card and PayPal only. Payment will be debited from your account at the time of or shortly before despatch of the Product to You.

You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Fraudulent use of credit cards will be reported to the relevant authorities. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal. We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.

Extra Taxes for Delivery Outside the UK

If your delivery address is within the United Kingdom, no additional taxes will be charged to you. If your delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom you may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are levied once a delivery reaches your destination country. Any such additional charges must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies and practices vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for information.

Please note that when shipping goods from outside the United Kingdom, cross border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. In respect of all goods dispatched to you to an address outside of the United Kingdom, you are deemed to be the importer of the goods and must therefore comply with all the laws and regulations of the country into which the goods are being delivered.

Prices

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT (only where applicable - see below) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. We reserve the right, however, to change prices at any time without notice to you.

Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card or via your PayPal account. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the dispatch of your good or provision of the service to you

You confirm that the credit, debit card or PayPal account that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us we will not be liable to you for any delay or non-delivery.

Delivery and Ownership

We accept orders for worldwide delivery. Unless otherwise stated, delivery will be made from our warehouse to the address provided by you. We shall endeavor to dispatch the product to you within one working day of you placing your order and in any event within 30 days beginning on the day after you place your order. If we are unable to dispatch the product within that time we will email to let you know and to give you an estimated delivery date. In these circumstances you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund. As soon as the product is delivered to you, you are responsible for it.
